Use of Service

The service is intended for professional property research and verification support. Users are responsible for reviewing any information before relying on it for business decisions.

LightningAgent provides informational assistance only. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, brokerage advice, or a guarantee of property status.

Account Access

VIP access may require payment and account review. Access may be refused, paused, or terminated for abuse, scraping, fraud, payment disputes, or misuse.

Fair Use

The service includes anti-abuse and rate-limit systems to protect data access and system reliability. Automated scraping, credential sharing, and attempts to bypass limits are not permitted.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. External APIs, Telegram availability, hosting, and maintenance may affect service availability.
