Refund Policy

This policy applies to LightningAgent VIP access purchased from LAZREG HOLDING LLC.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, payment mistakes, failed activation, or cases where access was not delivered after payment confirmation.

Non-Refundable Usage

Once VIP access has been activated and used, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve an exception.

Request Window

Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of payment. Include your payment reference, Telegram username or ID, and the reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
